   Announcing MailSite Fusion 9.4 Public Beta      

What’s New?

MailSite Fusion 9.4 includes the following new features:

Compromised Account Detection
Set a limit on the number of RCPT commands a user account can send in a given period. Once this limit is reached SMTP access for this user is revoked preventing excessive spam relay from compromised accounts.

DHAP for POP and IMAP
Defend against attempts to compromise accounts though brute force dictionary based password attacks through POP and IMAP. 

ExpressPro email header search
Real time search filtering of email headers including message sender and subject.

AirSync Multiple Device support
Connect more than one device to a single email account over AirSync (ActiveSync). Allow all your sales team access to the sales mailbox on their mobile device at the same time. Access you mailbox on multiple mobile phones and devices (e.g. iPhone and iPad)

Customizable ExpressPro message deletion behavior.
Choose whether the delete button flags a message for deletion, moves it to the deleted items folder or destroys the selected message.

Improved Anti-Spam reputation based filtering

Version 9.4 also includes all the latest bug fixes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: With the release of MailSite 9.4 support for the MailSite Express Web Client has been discontinued. As such it is not included in the installer by default. Please contact MailSite support if you wish to try the BETA but require MailSite Express.

Who Can Run It?

The MailSite Fusion 9.4 Beta is available to all customers who have a Version 9 license. If you do not have a Version 9 license but wish to try it, please contact your account manager, or email: sales@mailsite.com 
This is currently classed as 'Beta' software which has passed initial testing, been through limited private beta trial deployment, and is currently running in production on our own servers. If you wish to use this software on live data in production clusters it is strongly advised that you have full mail and configuration backups.

Please note Windows 2000 is no longer supported.

Where Can I Get It?

The MailSite Fusion 9.4 installer is available from the customer portal under the title "Latest Downloads". Go to www.mailsite.com/portal/default.asp and login as normal.

Where Can I Get Support for the Beta?
You can open a support case for any issues you may have with the 9.4 beta in the MailSite user portal, or post to the dedicated Beta forum at

Known Issues

Replying to emails using AirSync on some devices may result in the reply not being sent. To work around this problem add the following tag to web.config (in MailSite\webservices\service.Airsync\ folder inside the <configuration> <configSections> tag: 

<section name="headerConfig" type="Rockliffe.MailSite.Web.Utils.Config.HeaderConfig"/>
